nicotine+ 1.2.6 / python cpu spike

Reported by: tremaine@… Owned by: daelstorm
Priority: critical Milestone:
Component: nicotine Version: 1.2.6
Keywords: nicotine crash python processor cpu Cc:

Description

If left running for a number of hours, Nicotine/python will climb to 95% or higher cpu usage until the process is killed. I've found that this appears to only occur when in full screen.

This is the Ubuntu 1.2.6 version from www.nicotine-plus.org and python-psyco_1.5-3_i386

Update to the above - full screen apparently doesn't matter. I came home to discover it was spiked again and I'd left Nicotine at it's default size from launch.

Doh.

This might be connected with my problem, see ticket #80. Tremaine, do you also get the Connection reset by peer message when you enable Show debug info?
