I removed nearly all of the silly loops inside the network code and replaced them with lookups. These messages were inserted for debugging purposes, and will be useful for fixing fe. #891. Once the code is (more) stable they will be removed before 1.2.17 is released.

Thanks. After a time, I had about a dozen depressed messages in a row and then my upload queue went blank with no additions (there's usually always people downloading from me) I'll get a log if it happens again.
