Download filter patch

I made a patch to implement a filter system for the download queue. The purpose of this patch is to stop Nicotine+ from downloading unwanted files, like Thumbs.db and desktop.ini. It uses regular expressions to select unwanted files

Patch (patched against 1.2.6):

PS: I've been using it for the last few weeks with a lot of pleasure, it works precisely as I intended. I didn't find any problems with it. So far only 1 user dared to try it ;) and he liked it too (I think it was ><((((*>)
