N+ won’t reconnect automatically after one’s IP has changed

Description

If you get reconnected by your ISP after 24 hours, Nicotine wouldn’t notice that it’s not connected to Soulseek anymore until you make any type of query towards the server, hence staying disconnected. It should take notice whenever it’s not connected to the server and reconnect.

Probably fixed this when Server Ping was re-enabled (120 second delay)
