Feature request: Automated messages on remote file requests

I think it would be useful to add the following feature to Nicotine+: When a user enqueues files out of ones share, optionally, a locally defined message is sent to the remote user. I would like to use this to inform users of the possibility to message me on "file not shared" errors, so that I can turn on an external drive on demand.
