Downloads get to 100% but stay incomplete and are stuck saying "transfering"

Description

sometimes when i run Nicotine, all downloads get to 97-99 percent and stop, and constantly say transfering even while another file from the same user is downloading. if i tell it to retry the file, it goes to 100% but continues to say transfering, and all the files are left in my incomplete folder

This was a bug in the original slsk client as well iirc

I get this bug as well in version 1.2.14 running under Windows 7.

I have Nicotine+ 1.2.3. I have a similar problem. I have started some downloads and specified a folder where to store them. Now all downloads are at 100% but the files remain still in the incomplete folder.

hacketal: are you sure the target destination is writable by your own user?
