print scanning progress files to log window

Description

to have better insight in nicotine's folder-scanning progress, it would be nice if the total number of scanned files could be printed to the log window (per 100 files for instance)

Attempted and failed before, but will implement by 1.3.0

Printing lots of files breaks the logwindow's scrolling position.

No need.. the scanning progress bar is better
