Gui improvements (fontsize, alternating rows)

to make Nicotine+ better usable on larger displays it would be very desirable to make the fontsize adjustable as it is pretty large by default.

also, since search reults can seem pretty messy with the default layout, alternating row colors (light blue <-> white) for search results would be a valuable addition. segmentating could be done on user name or path (preferrably depending on the chosen column filter).

apart from this, the overall gui performance is quite poor, but i'm sure this is a known issue (probably depending on python and/or other used libraries?).

the font is adjustbale now for chat windows, but not e.g. in the downloads window. on my 1024x768-screen the standard-fontsize is still rather big, so i have to scroll to and fro all the time. it would be great to make this or all fontsizes in any subwindow adjustable.
