Close / Send to tray dialog "do not ask me again" option

Description
It would be extremely useful to have a "do not ask me again" option on the closing / send to tray dialog. I always want to have nicotine+ running by staying on the tray, so I wanted it to rembember to never close (or ask again) and always go to the tray - or vice-versa for the "closing buttton closes" fans.
