Upload queue stalling/errors

I have noticed that in the new version of Nicotine my upload queue will stall on either "establishing connection" or "connecting" with users. It will not fail the upload and connect to the next available user in the queue as previous versions have done when faced with a user with connectivity issues, so the result is after running the programme for several hours my queue builds up to hundreds of files and I have to manually go in and delete the problematic upload to get my uploads going again.

Also, if I attempt to "retry" an upload to a user, oftentimes it will establish the connection and immediately return as "finish" with no actual data having been uploaded (percent of file uploaded reads as zero.)

i can verify the 2nd paragraph too. in fact i had once told dael about it but he had replied that his worked ok

Uploading is still buggy, especially to win32 clients.

also dael closed nicotine-plus.org/ticket/146 with the worksforme reason. can anyone give some feedback on this too?
