Move to "incoming" folder only if all files are downloaded.

I have massive download queue and every time I'm cleaning up the incoming dir, I have to check if all files were downloaded. There could be setting that incoming folder contain only fully completed downloads. The other way is to place string "not fully downloaded" to the name of the directory containing files. E.g. I start to download directory "Ultimate Perl Guide" containing ~50 files, than the directory would be named "Ultimate Perl Guide - not fully downloaded" until all files are placed on my HD.
